Performance elements- e.g. gesture, mime, vocals, physicality etc.
Technical elements- lighting, sound etc
Design elements- set, costume etc.

It's always good in an evaluation to not just say "The whole performance was great" but to say "I found this element good (and why)" and then "This could have been improved by..."

great but i need more then just a couple of topics for each element rather then etc.

Technically this should have been one of the first things you learned in Drama. It's fairly simple really.

I'll see if I can help you get in the right direction:

Write about every single thing that you do to be able to act- how you used your body, how you used your vocals, how you physically became the character.
Explain how anything that was plugged in contributed to the performance in terms of character and if it helped get across any messages to the audience, and how effective you feel that was and why. If you didn't use anything, explain why and what you could have used to make it more effective.
Explain how the use of set helped get across messages and themes to the audience, like the use of space (was it small and did you feel a connection with the audience, was it like a fourth wall?) did you hardly use any set at all and why.
