Okay, I cant seem to find much helpful stuff on this. But basically I am chronically constipated and have been for the last five months. It takes a double dose of laxatives daily to get ANY movement.
I eat a diet high in fibre and fruit and exercise regulary. (yoga and running)
    Any tips?

Seriously, go to the doctors. There's something wrong there. You need to stop taking the laxatives because you're just weakening the muscles which could just be adding to your problem. I'm curious as to why you haven't been to the doctors already if its been going on for 5 months... Good luck though

I take laxatives probably about once every 2 weeks, and then I stop and things will get normal for a week and then i'm constipated again.

stop takiong laxatives. Go natural, your body knows that to do. You can take prune juice and lots of water. and away you will go
