Loughborough is big on engineering so plenty of Asians. Birmingham will be most diverse though I imagine.

The ex-communist tower blocks of East Berlin are absolutely sublime though for value.

Mainly came over to learn the language and because Berlin is just a bit of a playground for 20 somethings. Going to hit the bars tonight, take some excellent class A drugs and hope some whore falls into my lap somehow

So you fitness guys on a cut, how much calorie deficit do you aim to get?

I find that if I avoid snacking and eat three meals a day on rest days and if I eat a few more snacks on days I'm not resting I get somewhere between 500-1000 calorie deficit.

Prefer to just do double cardio tbh.

Dont really do the whole cutting/bulking cycle, just like to maintain what I have but if I was cutting I'd find >500 calories below maintenance to be unbearable. Would snap after a week of it and go out for a 3000 calorie kebab.

Also was chilling in the park last week when this chill Moroccan guy starts rolling a spliff up next to me, he then said he was in a rush to get home to eat because he was about to break fast for Ramadan. U wot m8?

BRB observe Ramadan and then head out to Fabric on the gear
BRB break Ramadan fast with sausage sandwich
BRB break Ramadan fast at 'Spoons Curry+Pint £5.99 night
BRB break fast by eating sushi off the body of a stripper

Fair play to people ho do fast though tbh. Went to Catholic school and we were encouraged not to eat meat on Fridays and that for me seemed a bridge too far even in the name of eternal salvation

I would have just tried to maintain and muscle build but I let myself go, did a Messi and went on the pizzas from the chicken shop cos I had no time to eat food at work. I was a weight that I would try maintain, about 10% body fat but I got lazy.

I think maintaining weight and muscle building is fine and that bulking cutting cycles is overestimated.

How is fabric like? Never been.

Is it literally a white club? Not that I'm too bothered after university.

It just plays electronic, attracts all sorts. Doesnt play any hip hop etc though I guess but that's neither here nor there.

Can be quite touristy these days as you get American tourists googling ''best club in LDN'' and just getting a black cab for it. Egg in Kings Cross is probably more authentic but the music and facilities aint as good. Although the bouncers in Egg nearly beat the **** out of me one night tbf

Proud in Camden is probably the best club in London for a casual night. Plays more commercial music and absolutely massive so can chill outside in the smoking area as well and go on the pull.

If you want to go hipster then XOYO, the Hoxton Pony, the Star of Bethnal Green are all decent

Wouldnt know about Mayfair clubs really tbh, full of tossers generally and with £10 drinks Im bringing a hipflask, but Sway off Regents Street is about the best Ive been to around there.

Leicester Square is a write off although if youre out really late you can head to the Casinos for a few drinks until 6am

Youve also got ''the Garage'' on Holloway Road which is a roadman hangout. Some guy was killed outisde there last year. Grew up 10 minutes away FFS
