I mean besides from the mm muscle mm mire my abs feeling.
Why is the hormone so good for you?
It's been 7 days I've been without lifting, and I'm starting to feel sluggish, tense and insecure yet again. I don't usually do it, the few times I talk I am generally quite smooth and articulate, but I've started stuttering like my dad the past few days. (He stutters really badly, I'm convinced he has low test and I've inherited it so need to boost it from sub-optimal baseline) I really don't like it, but I don't know how to stop the stuttering and tense feeling to get my confidence back
edit: just to clarify it's been 7 days without proper exercise, and I've only seen the light of day maybe half of this week haha

Its not the testosterone, its the endorphines and feel good hormones that excercise releases that makes you feel good.
Its the lack of these, plus your own insecurities (probably more the latter lets be honest) making you feel tense.
This is pretty basic biology, but your obsession with testosterone levels is clouding this.
