I'm getting worried for A-levels, since I didn't get good grades at GCSE..I got 1A, 5Bs and 5Cs..therefore I am predicted C's and D's for A-level, which I don't want to get.
I was wondering if any of you have any revision techinques to push these grades to Bs..I am someone who likes visual techniques, eg) highlighting..I don't like mind mapping since it is time consuming..
Also, do any of you have any tips for motivation? Some days I feel really lazy and I just lie in bed for hours

Look up universities you would like to go to (and check their entry requirements). This should definitely motivate you since your AS results are the main determining factor as to whether you get an offer and count towards (the easier) half of your final grade this will also make life easier next year when having to choose unis, I did this and not only did it motivate me, I was able to send my application in mid September since I already knew what I wanted

As for revision techniques get a copy of your syllabus for each subject and make notes for each bullet point. I used different colours for different topics to make them stand out and another colour for the practicals in the sciences. Have a separate notebook for each subject with perfect notes with everything you need to know
