BY6 WJEC help required

Hello,
In our BY6 mock we
Investigated the effect of changing glucose concentration on the number of carbon dioxide bubbles produced by the respiring yeast per minute.

Our actual BY6 exam will be similar

is it feasible to do an experiment where you,

Investigate the effect of changing yeast concentration on the number of carbon dioxide bubbles produced by the respiring yeast per minute.

If so I'm guessing that will be the actual experiment

Great. Do you know if when writing the plan if the following are correct

Number of co2 bubbles released per minute
Iv temperature of yeast suspension and 1m of glucose solution.

And do you need to mention.the decarboxylase enzyme in the control experiment
