Okay so I'm a bit confused on how it all works, but can a college just 'kick' (figuratively speaking) a student off her courses without notifying her? Or bringing her into discuss attendance issues (or whatever the case being), can they just remove them without saying a word?
I don't care for opinion, I'm looking for law's. I genuinely can not find any laws about the powers an educational sixth-form institution holds, in-regards to it's students.
I'm looking for a UK .gov page (most probable) that has the terms and condition's of secondary education e.g. sixth form colleges.
Obviously if you break any rules something will happen as a penalty. But do they have to inform you by law? Do they HAVE to make you aware? Or can they just remove you? It's a simple question.
