Both i had one got ucas then the day after i sent my saq I got my acknowledgement from emma. Do check your emails again because certain subjects have to send in work or results sheets by a deadline. For medicine i had to post a copy of my as maths

I haven't received an email from Emma about the SAQ, I only received an acknowledgement when I first submitted my UCAS form.

I did receive an email from Cambridge about the SAQ though.
