Hi guys, so I just found out I have an exam and practical in like 7 weeks.
Practical is to make a dish which targets specialised diets e.g. gluten free etc.
Exam based is like theory of nutrients, packaging etc.
Anyone who's done this course, doing it or has any useful tips/tricks/advice/information please post.
Please message me about the practical because i'm really struggling on that the most! I have to have made it in 2 hrs!
