I know everyone stresses in exams but I get so stressed that I make myself ill and can't focus or eat and I've nearly passed out in so many of my exams. I revise loads and I feel prepared with my knowledge of a subject before hand but as soon as I go to take an exam I get a huge mental block that just refuses to go away. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for coping with exam stress and anxiety because I really need to do well.

I find doing some exercise the morning before an exam helps as it gets some of the adrenaline out of your system? Try and find some calming activities e.g. yoga to keep yourself calm and practice breathing techniques etc in situations of lower stress
