    Please not I am NOT talking about the BTEC Sport (Development, Coaching and Fitness)


    I am a second year student on the DCF course, personally I love it but there are times at which I think I would have preferred the Exercise Science one.

    The way we look at it is:
    DCF - how things affect a participants performance from a theoretical and applied point of view
    Exercise Science - how things affect a participants performance from a scientific point of view

    This is probably the most basic way of differentiating it but feel free to message me if you want more :yes:
