Help with structuring history essay

I am a GCSE student doing an AQA history GCSE, and would like some direction to structuring the essay for the questions in second exam paper if possible
I did not like History at GCSE and my exam board was Edexcel but there might be some similarities? What paper? I could be of some use.
I did AQA GCSE History and achieved a B. On the actual Exam I received an A but my coursework (which was a C) dragged me down. Is the Second paper Sources or actual questions?

First of all there is lots to remember and maybe my memory is just not use to that and second of all i dont like writing essays. I still wander how i got my grade though. If you enjoy History than thats great as everyone is different.
