    serious question, it seems every night that I plan to do something productive, I invariably end u[…lying on my bed.

    It's like I am capable of 'doing' the bare minimum required in the day, then I say 'I am going to do this, I am going to do that'-but I don't. I just think and…stuff. Guess how I've just spent the last 2 hours

    I want to change this, however something is going wrong in my processing to continuously make these mistakes. That being said, as I have an anxiety problem I am trying not to be 'worrying' about whether I will end up on my bed at half 5, every night.

    Also I can't sleep and am feeling very stressed most of the time.

    Tips?

    edit`; ~I don't think I specifically thought 'I give up', I just came to my bedroom, thought I would have fun, but I didn't have as much as I thought. And this has been going on since second year if not before
