Hi fellow a level biologists. For reasons which where beyond my control I underachieved in AS Biology. Now I am in my A2 year and I have to resit my theory papers from AS alongside my A2 exams in order to be eligible for my university offer. I need to get an A* in biology. Can anyone offer me any tips on how prepare for the AS and A2 exams in biology in order average 90% in them?
    Thank you.

To get an A*, you need 90% in A2 and 80% overall, so you can afford not to get quite so high at AS. I think you should just read through your notes and the textbook and do past papers and make sure that you understand the questions.

    Where have you applied for?
Very few people get A* in biology(last year none at my college compared with about ten in maths for example). It may be easier to A* another subject.
