1) Yes.
2) You need to put the unit grades too. It may let you send without them in, but UCAS have apparently told universities that unit grades will be compulsory, so it'll look like you're hiding something.
3) Either. It doesn't really matter. I put June, because that's when I took them, but if you're going to be really pedantic, August (or March) is when they get certified so you should really put that.
1. Yes, you do. I'm doing the same as you and I wondered that too lol.

2. I wasn't asked to add my unit grades on Apply, because technically I think I was considered an applicant on last year's system. The unit grades part is new this year. I just put the grade.

3. I put June, then my school changed it to August. It's the month the exam was certified, I believe.
