I'd say no, as its only the same as watching porn. Unless its someone you know (well) and see often in real life, then yes, it kind of is cheating.

Is it just a random webcam show? If so, it's as much cheating as porn, so it depends on whether you see porn as cheating.

If it's someone with whom you are interacting, then it's much more iffy moral territory, and if not cheating is pretty close - depends specifically on the circumstances, degree of emotional attachment, intentions, etc.

Erm, it depends what you were watching, if it was just the person then that's fine but if it was rude then yeah that is probably defined as cheating.

Well I'd say if you chatted someone up on MSN and convinced them to strip for you, then that's kind of cheating. If it's one of those live webcam feeds from a porn site, then it's just porn and not cheating.

Look at it in this way: if your girlfriend was watching a guy do sexual stuff on webcam, or was doing the sexual stuff herself for some guy on webcam, would you think that was cheating? Would you be hurt or upset?
