Are they generally as high as they say they are on the website?

I'm a gap year reapplying for Business Studies at Bournemouth having achieved ADD at A Level totalling to 240 UCAS points, whereas on their website they ask for 320-340 UCAS points.

Either way still ecstatic with the offer

    Hi dale_b_1996,

There are two ways to look at this. Firstly yes as its wise to be able to study at a certain level before you start your degree so that's sometimes why they seem to be set high.

Secondly - no. If you have been made an offer based on your results then clearly its the personal statement which has helped as well - not only do they want people who can complete the course but people who want to complete the course.

If you get the chance come to an applicant open day and meet the academics so you can ask any questions you still have.

Well done though and Good Luck
