I was off school today with a really bad cough, and something crossed my mind-

I understand that you are expected to attend all your examinations even with an illness (But you can apply for special consideration if you are sitting the exam whilst unwell), however, if you have an illness that is likely to disturb others during the exam (e.g. having a chest infection that means you'll likely be coughing for the whole time), what happens? Do you sit the exam in the same room as everyone else, or will you sit the exam in another room to ensure you won't disturb other candidates?

When I did my mocks this time I was very ill. I couldn't stop coughing and sneezing but I still sat in the same room even after I told my teacher that I am going ti disturb other people. She said it's ok they won't mind. After the exam everyone was like I could hear u sneeze after every 2 mins. And I am disturbing them and etc. I hated it I hated disturbing other people

You will probably be in the same room. Although we had a guy with Chicken Pox and he got put in a separate room so we didn't catch it.
