I am in my last year of uni and I have messed it up. A few months ago I went through some trauma and is has had a negative effect on my mental health. This lead to a lot of anger and a lack of motivation. I have been unable to concentrate on studying and my exams are coming up soon- I will do terrible in them.
I am posting this as I am not really sure what to do in this situation. Whether to just face these exams in the next week and do terrible (you can't do well in final year uni exams with just a weeks worth of studying) or to talk to the uni and ask if I can just take the rest of the year out and come back next year and try again.
What do you think?
