    Hey all.

I'm currently living in halls and would like to commute for my second year of Uni.

The drive will be between 40-60 minutes. I need to decide what to do, as the student houses are starting to fill up!

If anyone could offer some advice I'd really appreciate it!

    Thanks.

It'll certainly be cheaper to commute if there's a decent bus service or you already have a car. But prepare for everyone on here to say you're ruining your life by commuting.

It depends what you want from your uni life- Commuting that distance could make it harder to go out especially at night and to attend society meetings. You also need to think how early you would need to leave to attend 9ams. And would you be ok hanging around on campus if you had massive gaps in your timetable.
