So, as per the original post here, I will be sharing my reading, TV viewing, film viewing and gaming during 2015!

A book a week! (on average!) With school work, not sure how successful I'll be!
    Keep watching lots of TV!
    Play more games!

    First Update!
    Books:
I got my new Kindle a few days ago - registered to my dad's account so I have about 150 books on there to read - also got a bookshelf full of books!!!! Love to read crime fiction, thriller, that kind of thing!
Currently reading Alan Sugar: The Way I See It - hopefully to be finished soon, and I'll let you know how I get on with it, and what I start next!

Catch 22 - will be starting when we plan to do it with others wanting to start!

    TV:
I watch a LOT of TV, mostly box sets of things, and I've got some awesome plans coming up of what to watch!
The stuff which I've been watching at the moment:
    NCIS
    Waterloo Road
    Bones (starting soon!)
    Criminal Minds
    Elementary
    The Apprentice (back seasons!)
    Homeland (about to start!)
    - Will let you know as I continue to watch more!

    Games:
Minecraft - admin on a server!
Elevate - iPad brain training type game, really good!
Magic Puzzles - puzzle app on the iPad, again really good!
    Call of Duty!!!
    The Crew

    Movies:
Not really sure - suggestions are more than welcome!

Have you tried foreign films with subtitles?
    Older films?

If so I have a couple of possible suggestions:

M! (German and in black and white but terrific film) (1931)
Mesrine: Killer Instinct (2008) and Mersine: Public Enemy No. 1 (2008) (French)

I'll definitely try those - older films are ones I may actually go into in more depth actually!

    Second Update!

Has been a busy few days, but got a bit done!

Books: Finished Alan Sugar book, but haven't decided what to watch next! - Got a lot on my kindle so it'll probably be a browse through there to find one!

TV: I'm thinking of watching Criminal Minds Season 6 next, as well as the current TV shows on telly that I watch, getting into Silent Witness! Suits is a great show, coming on soon, and Bones Season 10 is airing this week!!!

Games: I'm playing some new modpacks on Minecraft - got a new server which I'm partnered with for my youtube channel mobbsy_7cups, and so am going to be trying SkyFactory, and maybe doing the FTB resurrection pack on there as well! Keeping up with 'Elevate' my brain training iPad game, as well as puzzles!

Films: I've watched 0 films in 2015 - but thanks to SirMasterKey, I've got a couple:
    (Original post by SirMasterKey)
M! (German and in black and white but terrific film) (1931)
Mesrine: Killer Instinct (2008) and Mersine: Public Enemy No. 1 (2008) (French)
    so thank you for those!
Also got 'The Interview' lined up to watch!

In recent years, depression has been something which I have struggled with and no doubt will continue to do so... Because of this and from my research into the whole subject of depression including help you can get I got intrigued in how mental hospitals/psych wards are run...

I've got a few books which I will be reading over the course of the next week or two as they have piqued my interest in this area:

A Really Awesome Mess (started this, and really enjoying it!)
    Held Hostage
One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest
    Cut
    Impulse
    Suicide Notes

Psych wards aren't anything like One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest these days. :yy:

No I haven't - I'd rather read the book first, then watch it!

Fair enough. The film is brilliant. But I haven't read the book so I don't know how it compares to that.

It is an excellent film but like Puddles I haven't read the book. Possibly one for the future. It was a film I watched when on iPlayer at some point over the last academic year and decided that I would just watch it then as it was available rather than reading it first.
