So messed up

Im so messed up at the mo i dont no what to do. I suffer from depression any way but i coping with that. But so much other crap is going on. Im feeling really ill laterly, im continusly being sick, i cant eat with out feeling sick or being sick, i hate feeling like this i used to allways have a appitite. I scared its going to end up as a eating disorder if it carrys on.
Also i having problems at home, so much as i am considering leaving, i hate it here its continus arguments i struggling in school to. God i just so messed up!!

:hugs: Try eating more liquid things, like soups and shakes, then at least you're still getting some nutrition, and hopefully less likely to feel sick. Also, eat smaller amounts more frequently, so that your stomach doesn't feel like it's being over-loaded.

If the arguments at home are affecting your studying, arrange to go to the local library to study when lessons are done instead of going straight home. That way, when you get home, you don't have to worry about work as well.

Ive managed to get a appointment with my doctor this morning, hopefully she will help to, i hate feeling like this

Been having a lot of problems with college lately and was feeling sick all the time.
I spoke to someone I trust about it, and she was supportive. I also go and see a counsellor sometimes, or focus on things I know I enjoy and that make me happy.
