I am currently conducting my EPQ on "the problems and issues faced with people with Williams Syndrome"
and I was wondering how many people actually heard of it as it is so rare?
I would appreciate if you could just post if you have heard of it and if you wish to put what you already know.

I know quite a bit about it. It's a genetic condition that causes learning difficulties but is also associated with special ability in music. People with Williams Syndrome tend to have certain facial features that are quite distinctive, as with Down's Syndrome, and they often have heart and blood problems. They are usually very sociable people.

It sounds like an interesting project, but I think you're likely to get more accurate results if you post it in one of the everyday discussion sections of TSR. People who are hoping to become healthcare professionals are more likely to know about WS than other students are, so this could skew your poll data a bit.
