    Hi to TSR community!

    I am an international student.
I completed the application today and sent it.
In Track, I saw that some courses start on Sept. 1st 2015.
However, in my UCAS application I typed Date of First entry to UK : 15 Sept. 2015.

    Would that cause a problem?

    Please let me know ASAP.

    Thanks!

You will need to decide whether you can attend from 1 Sept or not.

If you can, it is probably a good idea to contact UCAS by phone and ask them to change this for you.

If you cannot, then you need urgently to check whether any courses starting before 15 September need you to be present before 15 September (which does seem quite early, but I think, for instance, the Scottish universities may start quite early), because if you cannot attend when required by the university then this might be a wasted choice. However, you do have the option to change your five choices if you do this within seven days of submission to UCAS - again, you would need to contact UCAS quickly.

I guess I am gonna be calling UCAS tomorrow. I can attend on Sept 1st.
But I think the dates point out the date where semester/term starts, not lecture period.
