The quickest way is a heavy calorie deficit and complete and utter lack of carbs.

However, probably not the healthiest option.

just eat healthly and exercise then any weight you need to loose you will loose. :biggrin:

Am 5 pounds overweight, what's the quickest way to lose it? have been walking lots recently and considered a soup diet but im guessin as soon as i eat anything but soup the weight will go back on.

Not at all. And don't just eat nothing but soup - just eat less and more healthily, and exercise more.
