Go though past exam papers. Trust me, I was so bad at maths but I ended up passing cause I went through exam papers and learnt the different methods.

Use sites like Mangahigh and MyMaths (or whatever site your school uses) AND I KNOW they're pretty lame, but it is an extremely small price to secure those higher grades - and they really do work.
Another tip is try to enjoy the subject... this was the most important thing I did in GCSE. It got me from border C/B to A*! Enjoy the subject, try to find it interesting and you will take in more information when revising etcetera and you will genuinely want to know about it
I also befriended some of the smarter people in my Maths (not on purpose, just saying this helped me improve in Maths) class which helped me to their standard, at which point it was kind of a competition of which of us could do the best which was a small motivation.
