I'm getting so confused by terminology it's unreal!

Is a Quantum State the same as a Microstate?

And can there be several Quantum States for a Macrostate, but only 1 Macrostate can be assigned to any Quantum State? Or is it the other way round?

Also, is Multiplicity the number of Quantum States in a Macrostate? If not, what is it?
