Oooo that sounds like fun! Hmm,, you could do say.. 50 bounces on the bed :smile: Its basically like a trampoline, but less bouncy. Hmm... I spose the only way you could do it is knock all the furniture over.. :smile:

do some reps of press ups, sit ups, squat thrusts, if you have something you can step on do some fast steps...theres loads of things you can do if your imaginative

I did it everyday for 3 years when I was at school. I did 15 chin ups on the bar of my bunk bed, placed my feet under the wardrobe for sit ups, did step ups on my stool, pressups and I had some dumbell bars.

I did that once on my metal bunk bed... and it nearly toppled over and 3 of my friends had to catch it and prevent it crushing me. Was very, very funny at the time! :smile: Don't try this at home! :p:

If you do stuff with one limb it's a better workout. One legged squats, one armed pullups, one armed pressups etc.
