# Mechanics Resolving questions Watch

1. Two forces have magnitudes 5N and PN. The resultant force has magnitude 6N and acts at an angle 40 degrees, to the force of magnitude 5N. Find the value of P and the direction in which the force acts.

I have had a go at this but its not right, the answer. I do not have the answer.

I am just asking if perhaps someone could draw a diagram of this for me, to help me visualize it please.
