So I ate fish for lunch and I accidentally ate the bone. It's been 3 hours now but it's still stuck in my throat and I can feel the sharpness whenever I swallow. How do I get it down?! My mom told me that drinking raw egg helps, but no way am I going to do that 😓

I usually just drink tons of water and try to ignore any discomfort

A piece of bread often helps, but you need to really chew it up until it's practically a solid ball of mush. Unpleasant but it does often shift the bone.

I'm asian so I'm quite experienced with these situations. Eat a banana but don't chew it, just swallow. Or have a bit of plain rice but again just swallow.

Look calm down Im bengali and I can help.

You need to get get rice and swallow it in clumps without chewing, not comfortable because you would feel like chewing it incase you choke on it so dont try to swallow clumps too large, tbh its rice so i dont see how you can choke on it because it will just break up.
