    I got 1 A*, 2 B's 5 C's and an E (in geology) at secondary.

But now at a sixth form it seems as if i didn't work hard enough at GCSE because my grades i am achieving in Law, Poltics and Economics are either A's or B's. I am doing ICT as well which i hate and look to drop it at the end of AS to do an AS in english literature or something like that in the second year.

Will 3 A's be and a long with a couple of AS' be enough for UCL or is there no hope at all?

    Cheers

These grades are by no means poor.

UCL aren't like Oxford or LSE, they prioritize A-level grades and extra-curricular over GCSE grades. If you have a strong application you will be in with a good chance, but be aware that it is highly competitive and you need A*AA at A2 to get in
