    Hello,
My name is Katherine and for my third year project as an undergraduate psychology student I am looking at the relationship between impulsivity, planning and affect regulation in non-suicidal self-injury (harming oneself on purpose without wanting to die). From this research I hope that professionals can gain an understanding of the variables that affect how self-injury alters our emotions.

*NO HISTORY OF NON-SUICIDAL SELF-INJURY IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY*

The survey will not ask about personal triggers, but about how you feel before and after the act. One question does ask about methods. The study has been ethically approved.
If you are 18 years or older, you are eligible for the study.
