Does it exist? A very subtle way to ask if she has a bf? Would rather like to know before I fall for this girl more (last time I got involved with a girl with a bf it turned very ugly, but by the time I found out was too late)

*massages bridge of my nose* Lol oh my God.

Ok why be subtle? I mean...Just ask. Especially if you have experiences that went bad for not knowing. Why prolong that? Just ask. Say it. "Do you have a boyfriend?" "Are you involved?" etc. lol

As a woman I hate when a man is trying to be subtle. It's insulting. Do not be poetic. Like when he says, "I bet your boyfriend wouldn't like [this or that]." Did I tell you I have a boyfriend? I don't like set ups. Just ask.

    I'm done.

Generally I've had more success being subtle, rather than basically straight out saying I'm interested in you which is why I'd rather do it subtly. And I'm not so confident until I get close to them a little

Can you guys think of a way to guide a conversation in such a way to make her mention her relationship status?

Right. I am about to be 23 years old and I don't play games. I don't know jack about you so maybe you're not at the level where I am. I can't assist you here, sorry guy.

TSR you take the rope from here.
