    I just drink water constantly until it goes. Sometimes eat soothers but to be honest I'm not sure they work. Yummy, though!

    Ginger. Garlic with apple cider vinger to combat the infection and keep up the immune system. They are also antobaterial.

    Gargling with salt water to clear kill some of the bateria. If your really brave, gardle waterdown TCP.

    Then drink some hot water, take a spoonful of raw honey and swollow it. Do not wash down the honey with water after. The honey is to line your throat and keep it from being dry. Honey will also stop the infection from spreading.

    Take some honey,,put a generous tablespoonful into a mug. Squeeze half a small lemon and add the juice to the mug. Add a small shot of whisky,,preferably single malt,,not that dreadful blended muck. Top up with boiling water and stir...enjoy..
