    Hi guys,

New to this so a long shot. I'm due to finish my level 2 apprenticeship on the 20th. Originally my employer agreed to keep me on for 20hrs at £7ph, with in house training for extras. We have now found that would be unable to complete in house training without going through an apprenticeship so had a brief discussion and mentioned my pay would not be as much if I did the level 3 currently only receiving £4ph as will be a year in January.
So pretty much my question is are they able to pay me below min wage for the level 3 apprenticeship as it's a new one? I'm 22 so entitled to it after a years employment, just worried they are going to try and get around it by paying less. My employer will do anything to save money and get around things.
Any help any of you could offer would be great!
    Thanks Zoe
