Psychology exams

I'm in my second year at uni, and my exams has questions such as "how convincing do you find George Kelly's theory of personality?"

First of all, can anyone tell me to how to answer a "how convincing" question?

And does anyone have any general evaluations of George Kelly i.e. what was good and bad about his personal construct theory? :colondollar:
