    Hello All

I am new in UK Education System, Pls help me to understand the Edxcel Maths syllabus. How many papers r there? What is the difference between A and B paper ?

    Thank you.

    If it's GCSE
Then A syllabus is 2 papers, one without and one with a calculator
And B syllabus is 3 papers. One on Statistics and probability and then 2 on everything else (number, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, etc)

If it's IGCSE then Check the syllabus details on the examiners web site. The A syllabus is the most common and is 2 exams both with a calculator.
