Does anyone know whether Imperial is offering adjustment for its Biotech/Biochem courses this year? Apparently it has done in the past. Only for 2014 (on its web page) it seems to say that it has not participated in any adjustment?

I have not really applied through UCAS yet (I am on a gap year, I changed my mind now), but I am aiming to do the exams in June (after knowing the results I will apply).
So, is it possible or not?
Actually, I already contacted the admissions admin and just received an automated reply stating that no reply will be given as all emails are 'read only'. OKay....
[I'm sure all the admission officers know my name by now (as I have annoyed them with so many emails in the past, so I don't feel like asking again). Would be great if someone here has an idea.]

The thing is I will only be doing the exams for the sake of going to Imperial. If Imperial is not going to offer adjust. then I should not be wasting time, I think.

Any Imperialite around? Any admin? Anyone know?

    Thanks

If you're applying for 2015 entry and don't plan to apply until the results come out in August then you wont be eligible for Adjustment. Adjustment is only available for people who meet and exceed their firm offer in the year that they apply. As a late application applying after June you would be entered directly into Clearing and so wont have any conditional offers to exceed.

You are right. I understand. As someone who has already applied to Imperial before and already had a conditional offer (which unfortunately I did not quite meet), I thought maybe there is a chance.
Obviously the deadline for this year is 3 days away, so it could get a little difficult with getting all the references etc. I also have had no contact with my sixth form for two years now. Hmmm...
I thought the most important thing to Imperial is grades (for Biochem at least).
Oh God, I was so motivated. I feel like improving my grades, but it cost a lot of money (so I don't want to be wasting any money on something which won't lead to anything)

    Thanks though
