Male, and I masturbate every day. So, it's not like I am not ejaculating but it is just getting a bit annoying having to wake up and find myself in a mess. Is this normal at all? It just started happening regularly, recently, but I have always been training (with weights). Just lately, I have been training a lot more intensely, but I would have thought that would have made me more fatigued and less prone to things like this. Also, I am 23, not a teenager...

Masturbation induces ejaculation. So if you don't ejaculate just after masturbation there is a good chance you will after sleep. While you masturbate, the semen is travelling down your penis slowly to be released so your penis expects to get rid of it. when you hold the semen back and decide to stop masturbating later, the semen doesn't just go straight back to your balls. While sleeping the brain will get info that there is semen ready to get be released (due to masturbation without ejaculation), so that is why you see yourself in a mess after. By the way going gym won't fatigue your sex drive, your sex drive will always be packed with energy.

I advise you not to masturbate, it isn't good for your mental health and it isn't clean either.

I do ejaculate though, during the day. Then when I go to sleep at night I get the nocturnal emissions. And I love masturbation and sex too much to give them up.

Like I said masturbation affects your mentality, fantasising about women just makes your sex drive more and more active and you will probably get wet dreams more often.
