I have football training tonight at 6.00 I haven't been on Tuesday and wednesday like I should have so risk being kicked off again like before. I couldn't get to sleep until 6.30 am and only woke up at 3.30 pm and I feel all clammed up and dizzy. How can I feel normal before I go? Or should I not go? Seeking advice:redface:

True, though I feel sick and am worried about fainting, maybe its just nerves though
