    For me it will be a fry up what about you?

    I actually had 5pieces of bacon 2 normal and 3 streaky, 2 scrambled eggs, some sauteed mushrooms and peppers and two slices of toast.

    Chocolate Mint Protein shake with 500ML milk (MyProtein True Whey)

    Cereal from Kellogg's. It's tiny Corn Flakes with raisins and things.

    I tried Right Balance once but it wasn't the same.

    Corn Flakes is a popular orange cereal. It's worth trying if you like plain tastes. IIRC it was invented to prevent masturbation.
