    the topic is: The UK, the European Court of Human Rights and prisoners’ right to vote.

    This coursework is on literature review.
    this is what they've given us as a guide;


    Your answers should demonstrate you are able to identify and comment upon leading case law, seminal legislation and secondary sources in relation to the topic you have chosen.


    You are expected to identify:
    a) the key legal cases that are germane to the selected issue;
    b) the readings in the literature that you believe to be seminal to an understanding of the topic.


    The breadth of your research is clearly a key ingredient of the assessment. The sources identified and relied on should therefore be listed in the bibliography, which will not be part of the word count but is part of the assessment.


    Among the sources identified, you must select between 4 and 6 sources you consider the most important and authoritative in understanding the topic selected.
