I don't know why. I have no backbone, and i'm too afraid to say no to anyone.

which is why i'm going to be doing work exp in a kitchen at a care home. I didn't want to do it but I was too scared to say no. now I have to do it.

so how can I stop being a wuss and say no?

Couldn't you just ring them and say your workload is too stressful so you won't be able to do the work experience but you'll give them a ring when you're free and then never do
