Okay, so I had a Law mock exam today- Sources of Law. We took the Jan 2013 paper and the topics that came up were delegated legislation and statutory interpretation. I answered Stat Intp, the questions were about the golden rule and the mischief rule, you need to know cases for each, min of 3 for each. The 3 5 markers were about an act passed on ice cream vans parked in the vicinity of a school. That question was straight forward, you just need to know the definition of literal, golden and mischief rule. I think Del Leg, was binding and distinguishing precedent for the first question- however, I have linked the question paper here- http://www.ocr.org.uk/Images/144540-...ces-of-law.pdf and the mark scheme should be at the bottom.
I hope this helps at least one person.
