I did 5/6 of those ^_^ in my a levels (didn't do media psychology)

Is there a particular set of things you're not getting, or is it all of it?

Honestly just keep re-reading over your notes, and make many mindmaps! I got so nervous when doing mine (I did relationships and also aggression) and kept getting low scores in mocks, and I'm now doing Psychology at Uni. I'm not sure what exam board you're with but these helped me:

Also has essay examples for if you struggle with them too~

To help me remember/study I sit in the library with my notes, textbooks and the course specification (this is really important). I look through what I need to know for my exam and make really simple note cards on all the information. For example, if you're trying to remember overt observations for your research methods I will have one note card defining what it is, one card for strengths and one for weaknesses. I do the same for my studies but inc aim/procedure/results/conclusions as well. It takes a lot of time but if you're really serious about doing well you'll get through this! Just set targets/topics to complete each day and follow that plan!

Would someone be so kind to look over my essay for the formation of relationships and give me a rough mark?

Here are my notes I have uploaded for you.

I am a little confused by you saying eating disorders is a topic for PSYA4 but anyway I've uploaded all I have that I think will be relevant!

    Good luck!

Ah yeah there is a choice between phobic disorders, OCD, schizophrenia, and depression. Now I remember. Mine are on OCD and if will upload if you/anyone else doing PSYA4 would like them.
