No, I've been friends with someone since I was six, found out they were gay 10 years on. I didn't have a clue they were gay so it was surprising, but nothing changed at all, I still see her in the same way

I'd probably hang around with them more for fashion advice.

Nope. Recently found out a close friend of mine is a lesbian. Our relationship and how we treat each other is still the same as ever.

Not really. If I had already known them very well, the fact that they're gay probably wouldn't have changed their initial personality or the way they act which made me like them in the first place. I doubly a sexual orientation would affect that.

Well a boy I really fancied recently came out, which was a big surprise to me (and his ex-girlfriend!). I look on him differently in so much as my crush has now completely gone, but on the other hand he's still awesome and friendly and all round great

Would probably look at them differently, but it wouldn't change the way I act around them or treat them any differently.

Nope. One of my (male) friends recently got a boyfriend for the first time and we were all really pleased for him- not least having known him since I was six it was fairly obvious anyway.

No they've yet to invent a way to swap eyes for different ones.

In all seriousness though not at all, I'm surprised it's even worth asking.

Being 100% honest, I probably would for a little while, just because it would raise questions with me but I'd soon get over it. Its not THAT big a deal.

No I wouldn't. I don't think its wrong to be gay if that's how you feel your sexuality wants to be. But I do wonder how different things were years ago when being gay for men, could also just mean that they were really happy, jolly human beings? I wonder what transpired over people to use that word for homosexual behaviour.

I wouldn't. I remember a friend cming out as gay years ago. It was really difficult not to act as though I didn't care, because, well, I didn't care.

Couldn't agree more, a few of my friends are lesbians but I still see them exactly how I did before. Why should being gay change how you view them?

No I have quite a few gay friends, one who only came out recently and it hasn't altered my perception at all.

To answer your question accurately, I think I would use the same pair of eyes I've always used to look upon people, so I would have to say no.
