Now this is actually just to deepen my knowledge, can anyone help me by posting the physics behind the effect of temperature on a squash ball.
Now i know obviously the higher the temperature the greater the rebound, but why? Please correct me and go into more detail but i think it is because Squash balls are made from rubber and contain trapped air, thus when heated the particles become less dense allowing a greater rebound.
Please do elaborate!
Thanks in advance!
Can it be done?
