Yep, but only a selection of their songs. Was more of a fan a few years ago - seem to be the only GD fan that likes their "Macy's day parade" though.

dookie was/is their best album i reckon

I think the 80's generation of kids was the best ever. We had luxeries without being spoilit. I.e we had TV's we could watch, central heating but we didn't have everything that todays kids seem to have which I think is a good thing.

Their was just somthing magical about growing up in the 80's with Rainbow and those old Baird TV's that used to break down every 5 minutes.

I remember when my parents got a CD player in the mid 80's were the first people on our road to get one.

No but they had Banarama and Kylie Minogue. The 1990's were ok but I was a bit too grown up by this decade and a lot of things were not very good. Personaly for me the naughties have been better than the 90's. I doubt anything will beet the Madchester and Britpop era though of the mid early to mid 90's.

yeah, definitely of the 90s, they have no real contenders up to the same standard at the moment. Starting to edge towards Muse now, although that's probably the "uni student muse addiction" thing that goes around halls.

The Blur/Oasis battle for number one is one of the cloest and hotly contested battles that there has ever been.

The 90s had long-runners at number one - Bryan Adams, Whitney Houston and Wet Wet Wet.

and despite what people say Oasis won it, the album sold millions more
