I am wondering what medical school in likely to get into, my GCSEs are 7 As and 3 Bs, and I'm predicted AAAA at AS. I really want to go to Queen Mary/barts and I meet the entry requirements but should I look at somewhere else ? Do you think I'd be able to get in ? (I've done 3 work experience placement and I'm currently volunteering )

As there are four spaces to apply to medical schools on the UCAS form, then you need to look at at least 3 others. You have a chance of getting into medicine if you have good AS results & predictions and a good UKCAT score, but you need to be careful to apply to schools that place less weight on GCSEs.

this is a bit outdated, so best to check websites as well. Remember competitive grades are higher.
