I feel so inadequate and I feel such a freak for being the person I am. I genuinely don't know what to do, like I have reached the lowest point possible and none of my friends or family know it What on earth do I do?

Firstly, why do you not feel good enough? And secondly, don't worry, everyone seems a little weird to themselves or to others, for instance, I know for a fact I'm insane. It's human nature, no ones perfect. You have absolutely no reason to feel this way, and the quicker you realise this, the sooner you realise what a great person you must be. If you weren't you wouldn't be trying to "fix it". And I bet your friends and family would agree. You just need to get out of this state of mind.
You should talk to your friends and family about how your feeling, or even just one of them. It would really help you to get this off your chest. Next thing you should do is write a list of everything you like about yourself, get your friends and family to help. You'll soon realise that the pros will hugely outnumber the cons. It may seem silly, but it will open your eyes to what a wonderful person you are and show you that people actually care and love you for who you are.
I hope this helps and I especially hope you feel better about yourself soon.
